Registering your product will ensure that you are provided with the service and support you expect. For your convenience, postage-paid warranty cards are included with each shipment, or you can access our online registration page.
Our products are classified into two distinct categories based on the complexity of installation. Category A products are relatively easy to install and can be done on site by the customer. Category B products are more complex, and require installation by CETAC or an authorized CETAC Representative.
